A bit more about
Vero is my shortened name it means "true"
After over fifteen years serving in HR roles in organizations, I’ve learned that the workplace is the "showroom" of human difficulties.
I founded Vero Leadership because the direct experience I made is this:
the more we see the truth what moves us, the more we lead, and most importantly, live with dignity.
Today, I see myself as a steward of the field where I accompany individuals and teams as they move through genuine and authentic transformation.
My "furry friendship" with a sweet border collie (she's my dear friends' dog) often reminds me what Vero (true) Leadership looks like:
being present, aware, and completely in the moment.
The fundation of a being in life with dignity.
For me, this is leadership.
Not a title, but a way of being with life.

Originally from Hungary, I’ve been living in Switzerland for more than twenty years.
I graduated in Corporate Communication and have always nurtured a passion for marketing and branding, and an innate curiosity for how people, purpose, and messages truly connect.
Before founding Vero Leadership, I worked for over fifteen years in Swiss and global international companies of all sizes, in various HR roles as Manager, Business Partner, and Consultant.
First-hand experience taught me that leadership isn’t a title.
It’s an inner journey, often a tough one, where you continuously take responsibility for people, strategic choices, and execution. It demands presence, integrity, and tons of self-awareness.
Our approach is grounded in both my professional and personal experience and I rely on trusted network of professionals who share the same vision.
In Vero Leadership we do not follow a method, because every person and every team is unique.
What we offer is a space to unfold the uniqueness using systemic coaching, the principles of family constellations, and assessment tools such as Points of You®, and 16Personalities.
The field from which I founded Vero Leadership has been shaped by my own moments of loss, failure, conflicts, and uncomfortable choices — all of which became the foundation of my own transformation.
Today, I hold space for leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs to bring light to what lies in the shadow, to release unconscious fears and blocks, and to restore order where confusion once lived.
I see my work as a catalyst for transformation: facilitating you in knowing your unique map and find the next step that leads to a shift from within.
We might meet only a few times — what matters most to me is that what you discover within yourself stays with you.
