I’m Veronika Kurucz, founder of Vero Leadership.
Lugano-based, with 15+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager in international organisations.
I’ve led HR teams in Switzerland, managed recruiting across all organisational levels, prepared departmental budgets and monitored KPIs, driven company culture change, trained managers, and helped create work environments where humanity thrives alongside performance.
Today, I bring that HR expertise to SMEs as a fractional HR Advisor and work with leaders as an Executive Coach, acting as a sparring partner for those with people responsibility. I support leaders in finding clarity during high-pressure situations and challenging conversations whilst growing their teams and business. Human leadership is in the center without compromising business requirements.
