Welcome in this space
I’m Veronika (Vero for many), founder of Vero Leadership.
Lugano based, I've spent over 15 years inside many kinds of organisations: Swiss national, international, fast-moving, innovative, tech-driven.
I've both led and built HR teams, hired across all levels, navigated culture change, trained managers, facilitated workshops, and sat in more rooms than I can count where humanity and performance were perceived as two opposing forces.
Spoiler: they are not.
My experience is now at your service as a coach, a sparring partner, and occasionally as a company trainer.
Today I work with expat women in corporate and business who are self-aware, highly capable, and quietly exhausted from leading in a way that doesn't fully fit who they are.
I am not here to give you another framework to perform.
I am here to help you remember how you lead when you are fully yourself. In a sustainable and authentic way.
The compass is in your hands, the direction and goal is defined by you.
